Food and Beverage Department (F&B) is responsible for maintaining high quality of food and service, food costing, managing restaurants, bars.
Job positions in this department include Waiter, Assistant waiter, Bartender, Host or Hostess, Buffet assistant.
WAITER
Responsibilities:
- Greeting and escorting customers to their tables
- Taking customer orders and delivering food and beverages
- Making menu recommendations, answering questions and sharing additional information with restaurant patrons
- Providing excellent customer service to ensure satisfaction
- Helping out to maintain the restaurant area clean before closing the restaurant
ASSISTANT WAITER
Responsibilities:
- Delivering services of exceptional quality that increase customer satisfaction
- Organizing table settings and maintaining tables dirt-free and tidy
- Shining folks, spoons, knives
- Following directions from the Waiter/Waitress in order to ensure exceptional guest service
- Constantly remain guest focused and promoting exceptional guest experience
BARTENDER
Responsibilities:
- Preparing alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant patrons
- Interacting with customers, taking orders and serving snacks and drinks
- Staying guest focused and nurturing an excellent guest experience
- Complying with all food and beverage regulations
HOSTESS
Responsibilities:
- Greeting incoming and departing Guests warmly with a genuine smile and eye contact; escorting them to assigned dining area; presenting menus; announcing waiter's name
- Answering incoming calls to the restaurant and providing appropriate service
- Observant to Guests' needs throughout dining experience to ensure they receive high quality service
- Helping whenever needed in organizing table settings and maintaining tables dirt-free and tidy
- Helping out to maintain the restaurant area clean before closing the restaurant
BUFFET ATTENDANT
Responsibilities:
- Bringing dishes with food to buffet
- Keep the dishes full and clean buffet area
- Consulting the guests on the disses of the day
Requirements:
- EU NATIONALS
- Good English
- Hard-working person
- Other foreign language knowledge is considered as advantage
