COOK
Responsibilities:
- Inspecting food preparation and serving areas to ensure observance of safe, sanitary food-handling practices
- Seasoning and cooking food according to recipes or personal judgment and experience
- Observing and testing foods to determine if they have been cooked sufficiently, using methods such as tasting, smelling, or piercing them with utensils
- Weighing, measuring, and mixing ingredients according to recipes or personal judgment, using various kitchen utensils and equipment
COOK ASSISTANT
Responsibilities:
- Preparing ingredients prior to meal service, such as chopping vegetables, cleaning seafood
- Maintaining the kitchen area clean and safe
- Storing and disposing of Food
DISHWASHER
Responsibilities:
- Collecting used kitchenware from dining and kitchen areas
- Loading and unloading washing machines
- Washing specific items by hand (e.g. wooden cutting boards, large pots)
Requirements:
- EU NATIONALS
- Previous experience or training in a similar position in a professional kitchen (hotel or restaurant) is considered as advantage.
- Good English or Greek language skills
- Hard-working person
