No of hours per week:
Minimum 40 hours per week (Can be up to 50 hours).
Pay per hour:
€ 13-16 per hour
Payment is assed due to skills and through the process.
Swedish Self-Employment recruitment (expected fiscal expenses 37% – depends on annual
income level), alternative posted self-employed from the country of residence, rules apply.
Qualifications:
Overall assessment of positive details such as:
Communicative English or Swedish / Polish en plus.
Drivers license B is required.
Tractor/wheel loader experience
If a candidate come with their own car is a plus otherwise If the candidate holds a valid
driver’s license, they may borrow a car for grocery/ essentials.
Experience from milk farming, cows and calves.
Positive to teamwork

Thought candidate profile:
A candidate man or woman who have experience with milk farming, handling cows and
calves/ Used to operating a tractor and wheel loader.
Task:
Dealing with the milking process and handling mainly cows and calves tasks/ monitoring
animals on pasture, property maintenance, maintenance of manure removal systems, interior
fittings, etc.
Accommodation:
Accommodation follows the minimum standards, including WIFI available. Individual
bedrooms and shared kitchen and toilets.
The accommodation is on the farm with its own two rooms, kitchen and toilet.
Closest supermarket, pharmacy, and health centre at the main city, 5 km away.
Travel:
Paid travel to and from country of origin at arrival and departure at assignment less than a
year (not paid break travel during assignment).
Other details:
- Client will supply work cloth
- Client will supply bedclothes
- Candidate must have a full passport (not only national ID) and EU Helath
Card.
Selection process:

Assessment is done first from CV with a possible online interview to select a candidate.
Once a candidate is approved, the candidate will have to sign a probationary agreement that is
for the 14 first days of test period. If approved after 14 days candidate will sign the contract
for the remaining period as self-employed in Sweden model. Test hours are compensated for
loss of time with Euro 13-16 per hour. (14 days test do not apply to the candidate’s resident or
prior resident in Sweden, in such cases arrangements have to be done on a case-to-case basis
with a short none paid test at arrival).
