No of hours per week:
Minimum 40 hours per week (likely a bit more as some work is offered on some weekends).
Work is mainly Monday to Friday.
Pay per hour:
Euro 14-15 an hour.

Qualifications:
Overall assessment of positive details such as:
Communicative English
Drivers licence B
Experience with pig farming or animals
Positive to teamwork
Positive to physical work
Having good health condition
All farming experience is a plus
Thought candidate Profile:
A candidate man or woman with experience in pig farming or previous work with animal
farming.
Task:
Work with the pigs under the supervision of the owner/foreman. Scraping, handling strawing,
washing and all other necessary tasks. Work with sows, piglets and slaughter pigs.
Candidate might be asked occasionally to assist with some tasks related to the plant growing
operations (this only occasionally).
Accommodation:
- Accommodation follows the minimum standards including WIFI available. Individual
- bedrooms and shared kitchen and toilets.
- The accommodation is on the farm.
- Closest town with, supermarket, pharmacy, health centre 4 km away.
- Car is available for essentials on request.
Travel:
Paid travel to and from country of origin at arrival and departure at assignment less than a
year (not paid break travel during assignment).
Other details:
- Offered Swedish Self Employment as a partner with assistance to get registered and
filing to authorities.
- Bed cloth PROVIDED by the client.
- Work clothes PROVIDED by the client
- Candidate must have a full passport (not only national ID) and EU health Card.
Selection process:

Assessment is done first from CV with possible online interview to select candidate.
Once a candidate is approved, the candidate will have to sign a probationary agreement that is
for the 14 first days of test period. If approved after 14 days candidate will sign contract for
the remaining period as self-employed in Sweden model.
Test hours are compensated for loss of time with Euro 15 per hour.
(14 days test do not apply to candidate’s resident or prior resident in Sweden, in such cases
arrangement have to be done on a case to case basis with a short none paid test at arrival).
